The full-time MSc International Human Resources Management course is taught in a truly international context in two world capital cities and offers a collaborative programme awarding master's degrees from LSBU and Carlos III University, Madrid or the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS), Paris.

The course is designed for graduates of any discipline who intend to develop a career in global business in the area of human resource management, or in any area of management which places a high priority on the exercise of people management skills.

Building upon the expertise and opportunities available at all the institutions, the programme focuses on the management of human resources in international companies and the issues associated with the management of international staff, and includes the opportunity of an internship. Members of the programme are supported and encouraged to develop research skills in a business environment through the production of an internship-based masters dissertation, which represents the culmination of the programme.
